Electrical requirements
240V or 208V single-phase: Olympic specifies a 50 (208V) / 40 (240V) A breaker, NEMA 6-50, and #8 (#6 over 40 ft) copper wire. Rule of thumb: a breaker of about 125% of the kiln's draw — roughly 45A for this model at its highest-amperage voltage. Always confirm the breaker, wire and receptacle with your electrician.
