Tax-exempt purchases
To place a tax-exempt order, email your valid exemption certificate to sales@kilnnation.com before checkout (or as soon as you can after). We'll confirm once it's on file. We're happy to help schools and institutions with tax-exempt paperwork.
Purchase orders
We accept institutional POs. Send the PO, ship-to details, and any required paperwork to sales@kilnnation.com.
PO terms are confirmed on each quote — net terms and billing details vary by institution. Tell us what your purchasing office needs and we'll work through it with you.
