Kiln Nation sells ceramics and pottery equipment online. Product descriptions are provided for convenience; specifications may change. Contact us if you need confirmation for a specific model.

Orders & pricing

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We may cancel or refuse orders (for example, due to pricing errors, stock, or shipping limitations). Applicable taxes and freight are disclosed as described in our shipping information.

Shipping & delivery

Large equipment often ships by LTL freight. See our Shipping Policy and Freight Receiving Guide. Risk of loss transfers according to the carrier terms applicable to your shipment.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds page (90-day returns on new, unused items in original packaging on all models; RMA required; 20% restocking fee on all items, including kilns, pottery wheels, and studio equipment; special-order and built-to-order items are not returnable; customer pays return freight).

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties typically apply and vary by brand and model. Kiln Nation helps facilitate claims but does not invent or extend manufacturer coverage unless stated in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiln Nation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.
